Posted online
Construction of Ozarks Technical Community College’s Life Sciences and Technology center is ahead of schedule under general contractor Walton Construction. Originally, the structure – the first of three phases planned for OTC’s South campus in Ozark – was to be finished in March 2007, but construction is on pace for a final inspection to be held in the fall.

Hagerman New Urbanism is the project architect; engineers are LaRose & Schober, Allstate Consultants and Anderson Engineering Inc.

Phase I of the OTC south campus has an estimated cost of $12.9 million. The Life Sciences & Technology Center includes classrooms, offices and laboratory space.
