John Gentry, president and chairman of the board of Positronic Industries Inc., was selected as the new secretary, and Chip Sheppard, director, vice president and shareholder with Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown PC, is continuing as treasurer.

Curtis Jared, president and chief operating officer of Jared Enterprises, also was selected to complete the ranks of the 29-member board, the release said.
