OTC Early Childhood Education Center

DeWitt & Associates is the general contractor for Ozarks Technical Community College’s 13,400-square-foot Early Childhood Education Center. Stephanie D. Ireland of Ireland & Associates Inc. is the architect for the approximately $1.8 million project. Engineers are Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; Packard Engineering, structural; and Deka Engineering LLC, civil. Interior Planning Consultants Inc. is the interior designer.

The new center, scheduled for completion in May, will have a day-care center for 80 children and classrooms on the lower level for OTC’s child development curriculum. There will be a full-size commercial kitchen, an outdoor play area and a community room that will be available for meetings and events.
