The Ozarks Technical Community College Board of Trustees has sworn in a batch of officers, including a new president.
J. Howard Fisk, owner of J. Howard Fisk Limousine Co., will serve as the board's president. Fisk has served on the board since April 2008. Physician and teacher Dr. Maryellen Stratmann, who also joined the board in 2008, serves as the board vice president.
Jacqueline McKinsey and Don Clinkenbeard were chosen to serve as secretary and treasurer, respectively. McKinsey and Clinkenbeard are both founding members of the OTC board.
During the meeting, McKinsey was also sworn in for another term on the board, having been re-elected in April, along with new board member Jeff Layman, a senior vice president and wealth adviser at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Springfield. Layman is filling the seat vacated upon the retirement of founding board member Dolores Brooks.
