OTC asks public to help shape school’s future

Posted online
After reaching the 10,000-student enrollment milestone for the first time last fall, Ozarks Technical Community College is looking ahead at future growth by asking for public input.

The school is holding two public forums next week to allow the community to discuss OTC’s impact on the region and the school’s future development.

The events will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 21, at Information Commons West 100 on OTC’s main campus, 1001 E. Chestnut Expressway; and at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, at the Atrium on OTC’s Richwood Valley campus in Ozark, 3369 W. Jackson. Refreshments will be served, and campus tours will be held afterward.

The public also can submit opinions by clicking on the “Community Survey” link at www.otc.edu. The survey asks for input on the school’s role in the community, mission statement, institutional values and vision for the future.
