Danish renewables giant Orsted has launched a legal challenge against the Trump administration's suspension of a $5 billion offshore wind project.
Orsted is seeking a court injunction in the case, according to CNBC.
The Revolution Wind project had been planned about 15 miles south of the Rhode Island coast.
The Trump administration cited national securing concerns in suspending the project.
