O’Reilly CFO moves to AG Financial Solutions

Former O’Reilly Auto Parts executive Jim Batten has joined AG Financial Solutions in the newly created chief operations officer position.

Batten was chief financial officer at O’Reilly for 14 years, according to an AG Financial Solutions news release. Yearly revenues were $110 million when Batten began and grew to $2.3 billion in 2006.

Batten also is trustee and treasurer of Home Community Church, board chairman of New Covenant Academy and director and audit committee chair of Guaranty Bank.

Springfield-based AG Financial Solutions provides financial services to ministers, churches and constituents of the Assemblies of God. The company has more than 50,000 clients and $2.4 billion in assets.
