Batten was chief financial officer at O’Reilly for 14 years, according to an AG Financial Solutions news release. Yearly revenues were $110 million when Batten began and grew to $2.3 billion in 2006.
Batten also is trustee and treasurer of Home Community Church, board chairman of New Covenant Academy and director and audit committee chair of Guaranty Bank.
Springfield-based AG Financial Solutions provides financial services to ministers, churches and constituents of the Assemblies of God. The company has more than 50,000 clients and $2.4 billion in assets.
