David O’Reilly, chairman of the board of O’Reilly Automotive, accepts on behalf of the company the 2005 Corporate Humanitarian of the Year award Feb. 2 from the United Way of the Ozarks. United Way is the only charity allowed to solicit donations from O’Reilly’s 20,000 employees. The company holds campaigns each year for United Way in all of its locations, which cover 25 states.
