O’Reilly Automotive Inc. (Nasdaq: ORLY) executive David Wilbanks this month traded shares in a multimillion-dollar deal.
Wilbanks, senior vice president of merchandise for the auto parts retailer, bought and sold 10,000 shares on June 18, according to a June 22 filing with the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission. He utilized SEC transaction code M, through which executives can buy shares at set rates and sell them later at market prices.
The trade deal was valued at $3.4 million, according to the filing.
In April, the Springfield-based company announced a first quarter earnings drop of 6.5% to $300.4 million.
ORLY shares were trading at $415.85 as of 12:28 p.m., compared with a 52-week range of $251.52 to $454.31.
The Republic School District is on track to open its Intermediate School for fifth- and sixth-grade students for the 2025-26 academic year.
