Project description: Developer Sam Coryell expects Orchard Park Apartments to be the largest complex in Springfield at $45 million and 656 units when it’s complete in late 2008. The project is split into two phases, with the first phase bringing on line 256 units, a pool and clubhouse complete with a café and 50-seat movie theater. The second phase will have 400 more units, ranging from studios to four-bedrooms. Rent will range from $450 to $1,100 a month.
