Orchard Park Apartments

Coryell Enterprises Inc. is the general contractor for Orchard Park Apartments in Airport Plaza. The company, along with White Plumbing Co. Inc., is the owner/developer for the 656-unit complex. H Design Group LLC is the architect. Engineers are Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; HBH Engineers LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Friesen Engineering, civil. The 707,000-square-foot complex has an estimated cost of $45 million – $19 million for Phase I and $26 million for Phase II – with financing by Great Southern Bank. The first phase will bring on line 256 units, a pool and a clubhouse, complete with a café and a 50-seat movie theater. Phase II will add the remainder of the units, which will range from studio to four-bedroom apartments. Phase 1 is slated for completion in July, and Phase II should be finished in December 2008.
