Orange Cranberry Butter

Posted online

Sweet orange marmalade and sundried cranberries are combined with softened butter for an elegant compound butter that adds festive orange-cranberry flavor to pancakes, toast or warm dinner rolls.

Part of our Holiday Gifts for Food Lovers series.

Why try: This easy-to-prepare compound butter is a simple blend of 3 store bought ingredients – orange marmalade, sundried cranberries, and butter. Portion in small containers and give out to friends and family to include on their holiday buffet.

Foodie Byte: Be sure to allow orange marmalade mixture to cool completely before blending with softened butter or butter will melt and resolidify with a cloudy look.
