Oracle announced the hiring of Hilary Maxson as chief financial officer.
Maxson is joining Oracle from French industrial conglomerate Schneider Electric. There, she served as group CFO.
Maxson's annual base salary will be $950,000, and she'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus with a target of $2.5 million.
