Oprah loses $27M in Weight Watchers stock plunge

Oprah Winfrey lost a small fortune as Weight Watchers stock plummeted Friday.

As the company's stock dipped 30 percent, Winfrey’s stake fell by $27 million as a result.

In October, Winfrey acquired a 10 percent stake in the company, which gave her a board seat.
