Plant-based milk producer Oatly, which is backed by celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey and Jay-Z, filed the paperwork for its initial public offering.
The Sweden-based company entered the U.S. market in 2017.
Last year, it reportedly sold a $200 million stake to an investment group that included Winfrey and Jay-Z.
