YOUR BUSINESS AUTHORITY
Springfield, MO
The struggle for talent is nothing new. But labor shortages have pushed this challenge to a greater level, and it seems just about everyone is talking about it.
In the months since our judges selected this year’s 40 Under 40 class and the printing of this publication, we know of six honorees who have changed jobs, and many more who are new to their roles or have received promotions. (Congrats!)
Everything I read says engaging and retaining talent includes providing opportunities for innovation, advancement and purpose-driven work. Organizations of choice are finding opportunities to grow amid our changing world and shifting workforce. And people are always the fuel behind those successes.
I applaud these honorees for their incredible efforts to strengthen our local businesses and for all the ways they give their talents to make our community a better place to live.
This award showcases the rising stars among us, and the future looks bright.
A round of applause to the 2022 40 Under 40 class, and a special thanks to the judges for lending their time and expertise to this process. We hope you enjoy this special awards edition.
