OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has signed the Giving Pledge, which calls on the world's wealthiest people to donate at least half of their fortunes to charitable causes.
Altman and husband Oliver Mulherin credited “the hard work, brilliance, generosity and dedication to improve the world of many people that built the scaffolding of society that let us get here.”
Altman is reportedly worth at least $2 billion.
