Watts Radiant, a subsidiary of Watts Water Technologies, consolidated seven locations into one address at 4500 E. Progress Place in Partnership Industrial Center. A grand opening was Sept. 23; the move was completed in June. Dan Chiles, vice president of marketing, and his brother, Mike Chiles, general manager, formed Buckner Industrial to purchase the former Hawker Power building and 23 acres in April for $3.4 million. Buckner Industrial leases the facility to Watts Radiant. Dan Chiles said the company is locked into a 10-year lease with three options to renew; he declined to disclose the amount of the lease. About 80 employees work in the facility. Dan Chiles said that this year's revenues have increased 45 percent compared to last year's $18 million. Hawkins Family Chiropractic opened April 26 at 1722 S. Glenstone Ave., Ste. F, in Glenstone Square. Corey Hawkins, DC, is the owner and sole employee of the practice, which specializes in helping patients raise families without the need for drug intervention. Hawkins signed a three-year lease for the 2,000-square-foot facility at $1,550 per month. "This was pretty much an empty box and they did the exact build-out to my desires for no fee whatsoever," he said. "I'm very pleased with it because I looked around pretty extensively to try to nd something affordable and this denitely t our needs." Glenstone Square is owned by Hood Family LLC. Ofce hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and by appointment Tuesday and Thursday.|ret||ret||tab|
