Campbell Ave. French is leasing 5,000 square feet for about $3,400 a month through New O’Reilly Investments, she said. Dynamic Body previously operated from 1,300 square feet in Green Circle Shopping Center on Republic Road. Relocation and renovation costs to the freestanding site were roughly $100,000, she said. Dynamic Body employs 16 and offers Pilates, yoga and gyrotonic classes and equipment, as well as massage therapy. Pilates and gyrotonic classes are sold in packages: four classes for $100, 10 classes for $225 and 30 classes for $600. Dawn Cosby purchased and relocated Springfield’s Social Suppers store to 2936 E. Sunshine St., Ste. A, in Southern Hills Shopping Center. Previous owner Kristin Young operated Social Suppers at 3655 E. Sunshine St. and closed it in May, said Cosby, noting the franchise company recently switched to an individually owned store model. Social Suppers provides preassembled meals that can be cooked at home and purchased online. Entrees serve two-to-three or four-to-six people.
