Top Tier Coin Laundry
Aug. 22 was opening day for Top Tier Coin Laundry LLC, a laundromat in Rogersville at 911 W. Center St., Stes. 1 and 2. Ryan Henderson, who owns the five-employee venture with his wife, Melinda, said Top Tier is the first tenant to open in a building of six suites. The couple’s business fills 3,500 square feet, Henderson said, declining to disclose startup costs or the lease rate. Top Tier offers 26 washing machines and 24 dryers for self-service, he said, adding customers can pay with coins or via a phone app. The shop also offers wash, dry and folding laundry service for residential and commercial clients to pick up. The laundry also can be delivered, which is $2.10 per pound with a minimum $35 order, according to its website. Henderson, who also has owned and operated Top Tier Lawn LLC for the past three years, said he is planning to wind down the lawn care business after this year to focus more on the laundromat. He said Top Tier Coin Laundry was the result of looking for business opportunities during Top Tier Lawn’s offseason.

Casa Macondo
Kelly Hayes debuted her food and beverage venture Casa Macondo LLC on Oct. 11 at CultureFest, an annual festival on Commercial Street. Hayes, a native of Colombia, said the business sells 100% Colombian coffee drinks as well as coffee beans and coffee grounds, along with a variety of traditional Colombian foods, such as empanadas, arepas and arroz con leche, which is rice pudding. The business, which Hayes co-owns with her husband, Brian, began Oct. 18 as one of the weekly vendors at Farmers Market of the Ozarks. Declining to disclose startup costs, Hayes said it’s a relatively small investment as she currently has no brick-and-mortar location. However, she’s hopeful that will change in 2026. Hayes said Casa Macondo will eventually be part of Tribecca Park, a development project planned at the southwest corner of Grant Avenue and Grand Street. Brian Hayes is listed as the organizer of Tribecca Park LLC, which she said will include some multistory residential buildings that will have a commercial component on the first floor.

Axis Dumpsters
After three years in business, Axis Dumpsters LLC opened a headquarters in the Springfield area on Sept. 29 at 7345 E. State Highway YY. Royce Reding said he and business partner Carson Buckman last summer bought 10 acres of land near the intersection of State Highway 125 and State Highway YY. The land purchase was with the intention of renovating a former gas station and barn to serve as office space and provide storage for the company’s dumpsters and other equipment. The owners, who also rehabilitate houses in the area, decided to additionally renovate a couple of vacant homes on the property. Axis Dumpsters provides rentals and transport of dumpsters for residential and commercial projects, including construction, roofing and home renovations or cleanouts, according to its website. The dumpsters range in size from 15-40 yards. Service area is roughly a 50-mile radius of Springfield, Reding said. The owners invested roughly $1.5 million in the headquarters, which includes property purchase and renovation work, he said.
