Shananigan's Pub & Eatery opened for business Feb. 3 at 201 S. Campbell Ave., Ste. B. The sports bar and grill occupies 8,000 square feet in the lower level of Sterling's nightclub. Father and son Don and Sterling Morrison (pictured) co-own both establishments. Don Morrison said Shananigan's Pub seats up to 300 and features 12 televisions, pool tables, ping-pong tables and dartboards. Morrison spent $250,000 in renovations. Head Rage hair salon opened for business Feb. 7 at 1119 S. Kings Ave. near the Southwest Missouri State University campus. Co-owners Andrea Adams and Rhonda Kincaid, who also work as stylists, have 27 years of experience in salon work. Adams and Kincaid are joined by three other stylists in the 600-square-foot shop. Adams said Head Rage carries Eufora, Bed Head, American Crew and Paul Mitchell product lines. It is open 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.|ret||ret||tab|
