Kingdom Coffee & Cycles
The Hub Coffee and Bicycles changed its name and relocated March 14 to 211 S. Market Ave. in the Union Biscuit lofts building. Now operating as Kingdom Coffee & Cycles, co-owners Jason Strother and Isaac Neale moved from 811 Boonville Ave. after landlord Mark Steiner had listed the building for sale. Neale said the business partners took the opportunity to rebrand and double the size of the coffee shop. The 2,600-square-foot Union Biscuit space provides additional parking and seating, he said, and with about $30,000 invested in new furniture and equipment, the owners also expanded the menu and added conference tables for meetings. Leased from Union Biscuit Warehouse LLC for $1,950 a month, Kingdom Coffee employs one outside of the owners. Hours: 7 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Phone: (417) 350-1234. Lea Loves La Bella Baskets
After a career as a Greene County juvenile officer, Lea Ellison started Lea Loves La Bella Baskets from her Strafford home Feb. 21. Ellison said the online gift-basket business is a welcome relief from years involved in high crisis intervention work. Working as an independent consultant for La Bella Baskets, Ellison pays $25 a month to use the La Bella Baskets online store and had no start up costs. She sells gift baskets for holidays, such as Easter, as well as wine and cheese baskets, and floral baskets. La Bella Baskets consultants earn revenue through commissions, ranging from 20-40 percent, residual income from membership clubs and leadership bonuses, according to its website. Phone: (417) 830-0462. Web: LeaLoves. LaBellaBaskets.com

He added a Strafford clinic, at 101 State Highway 125, to his 4-year-old private practice in Ash Grove, at 609 E. Wells St., Ste. F. Rust and four employees split time between both offices. Taryn Bagley, Clear Creek Dental’s office administrator, said the family practice offers cosmetic dentistry, implants, crowns, bridges, dentures and general dental services. Rust previously worked at Children’s Smile Center in Ozark. He leases the 1,800-square-foot Strafford property from Maples Properties for an undisclosed amount.
