In the rear of the 8,000-square-foot building, Production Manager Sara Baker and crew distill bourbon, corn whiskey and vodka for distribution under the house brand and private labels. “We’ll be selling our products straight from the back right out the front,” Shotts said, noting Missouri Spirits is planning to roll out gin in February and rum by April.
