Fulton Communications of St. Louis LLC Fulton Communications of St. Louis LLC opened Dec. 1 at 4650 S. National Ave., Ste. A-6, in South National Office Plaza. Allan Willoughby, a partner in the company, was a Mitel sales manager in Springfield for six years and manages Fulton’s local office. Willoughby said Norcross, Ga.-based Fulton Communications is Mitel’s fifth-largest dealer, providing business telecommunications such as voice and data services, audio and video conferencing, networking, video surveillance and financing for its systems. Fulton has served as a communications provider for 46 years and is expanding into the Midwest. The company employs three locally and leases its office from Reed Properties. Terms were undisclosed. Worsham & Masters Will Worsham moved his law firm Dec. 20 to 325 South Ave. and changed its name to Worsham & Masters with the addition of attorney partner Lisha Masters. Under 325 South Avenue LLC, Worsham bought the 4,800-square-foot building from Bill and Ponnie Anderson with a $200,000 historic building loan from the city of Springfield. The firm previously leased a 300-square-foot office suite in the Vandivort Center. Masters handles family law and estate planning, and Worsham specializes in criminal defense and business law. The Lime Agency LLC The Lime Agency LLC, an advertising agency specializing in online services, opened Dec. 13 at 400 E. Walnut St., Ste. B-100, said Jeremy Adams, president and CEO. Adams brought on Bruce Sturgell, a former Internet marketer with Expedia, as the startup’s chief operations officer. Lime Agency has 10 employees with Internet expertise such as social media management, online marketing and e-commerce development, Adams said. Clients include Harter House and Real Wood Floors in West Plains. The agency signed a three-year lease on its office space for $9 a square foot from downtown building owner Dan Scott. About $30,000 in savings was used to start the company, said Adams, a former director of the One80One agency, which closed in August. Hours: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
