Frank Bailey bought and renovated the former plumbing contractor’s building, and it now houses a commercial kitchen and warehouse. Ables said Benissimo is sold to restaurants, including Bambino’s Italian Café, Digiacinto and Arris Pizza. Gelato and sorbet flavors include chocolate chip mint, coconut basil and double chocolate. Company officials are discussing black walnut flavors with Hammons Products Co. Holly Harrison on April 16 opened Tranquil Waters Counseling and Wellness LLC at 2146 W. Chesterfield Blvd. On the second floor of the Dearborn office building in Chesterfield Village, Harrison is the sole employee helping clients with communication issues. She specializes in couples’ issues. “That could be affairs, arguing a lot, problems with the kids (or) maybe one of the spouses is depressed, and it’s starting to affect their relationship,” said Harrison, who also offers communication and problem-solving workshops for businesses. With a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the School of Professional Psychology at Forest Institute, Harrison has been in practice for nearly three years. Individual counseling typically costs $100 per session, but she has a sliding fee scale for qualifying clients. Workshop pricing varies by volume, she said.
