Family Birth and Wellness Inc. relocated the center Aug. 13 to 1901 S. Ventura Ave. President and board Chairwoman Mary Walsh said the nonprofit quadrupled its space in the move from 2039 S. Brentwood Blvd. and now has 4,500 square feet under a seven-year lease with TWD’s Investments LLC for undisclosed terms. Walsh said relocation costs were roughly $500,000 for renovations and equipment. Administrator Ben Walsh said Family Birth provides women’s health services, such as hormone therapy and gynecology, as well as pediatric care. Maternity care packages, including prenatal, delivery and postpartum care, range from $1,850 to $7,500. The company has 12 employees. Hours: 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday and on call 24/7. Little Uptown Kids LLC
Children’s clothing store Little Uptown Kids LLC opened Aug. 1 at 809 N. Main St. in Nixa. Owner Stephanie Kubla said the retailer signed a two-year lease for 1,400 square feet with Rook-Knight Properties LLC for undisclosed terms. With startup costs roughly $30,000, she said the store specializes in handmade and name brand children’s clothing, as well as graphic T-shirts for kids and adults. Clothing ranges from $23 to $70, and the store has four employees. Hours: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday and noon–6 p.m. Sunday. Phone: (417) 494-5008.

Bank of Sullivan
Led by President and CEO Mike Hoffman, Mid-Missouri Holding Co. Inc. opened a Springfield branch of Bank of Sullivan on July 22 at 3961 S. Campbell Ave. Previously a Great Southern Bank location, the small office building in the parking lot of the U.S. Postal Service distribution center in Park Crest Village is part of a 3-acre parcel owned by Conspo LLC, according to Greene County assessor records. Bank spokeswoman Annette Isgriggs said Bank of Sullivan operates eight branches and one mortgage office, primarily between Rolla and St. Louis and one near Lake of the Ozarks. The Springfield branch employs five. Bank officials declined to disclose the terms of the lease and renovation costs. Hours: 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.–noon Saturday.
