Lease terms on the 8,300 square feet with property owner Tillman Investments LLC were not disclosed. Easter Seals Midwest serves roughly 4,000 individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Sieloff said programming includes early intervention, parent training, social groups and community living services. Price Cutter
Rogersville-based Pyramid Foods on March 30 reopened a Price Cutter store at 712 W. Commercial St. Communications and Marketing Director Charlie Dunn said the 20,000-square-foot store, formerly a Safeway and operated by Pyramid Foods under the Ramey’s banner from 1980 to the late 1990s, was closed February 2015 and renovated by Missouri Supermarket Builders Inc. The roughly 2-acre parcel is owned by Dallas-based Rainier Sunwest 2012 LLC, and project costs were estimated at $120,000, according to a city building permit. Dunn said the store has larger produce, grocery and frozen meat departments alongside a new full-service hot food bar and cold deli with prepared meals. Harold Douglas is director of the store and its roughly 40 employees. Hours: 7 a.m.–10 p.m. daily. Phone: (417) 864-7810. Web: PriceCutterOnline.com
