Divine Reflections Landscapes, owned by Rey Flores and Kenny Loch (pictured), opened Jan. 26 at 710 S. Main in Willard. The company performs lawn maintenance and landscape design, which includes installing retaining walls, patios, walkways and ponds. The company also does grading work. Its market area is Springfield and the surrounding communities, including Republic, Nixa and Willard, Flores said. Hourly charges for residential service range between $20 and $50 per call; commercial accounts typically cost between $50 and $200 a call, he added. Loch and Flores service about 60 properties. Revenue forecasts for 2004 are between $70,000 and $100,000. Hours of operation are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Casa Rico opened April 2 in a 1,600-square-foot location at 1700 S. Campbell where Hunan Garden previously operated. Paul and Esther Rich own the restaurant that employs nine. Remodeling involved only painting, Esther Rich said. Seating is available for 74. Casa Rico's buffet features homemade flour and corn tortillas, enchiladas, fajitas, chimi-changas, and rice and beans, she said. The restaurant has a two-year lease with Mellinger Commercial; Rich would not disclose the monthly rent. Hours are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
Neuropsychological Associates of Southwest Missouri opened July 6 at 4350 S. National, Ste. B116. The 2,500-square-foot center provides neuropsychological assessment and treatments. The business has been in operation under various owners for about seven years and is now owned by Dale Halfaker, PhD, said Dottie Halfaker, administrator. Staff includes six psychologists and four support staff. The firm has a three-year lease with PSPN LLC, she said, but would not disclose the monthly amount. PSPN LLC handled the infill, she said. Hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with evening hours by appointment.
