In September, the Wilsons were approved for a $70,000 U.S. Small Business Administration-guaranteed loan through Empire Bank. Creative Outdoor Lighting systems average about $2,000 but range between $800 and $10,000, Ranft said. Each job offers a $300 to $900 annual service contract for bulb replacement and general maintenance three times a years. Ranft worked for Domino’s Pizza as a franchise business consultant for 13 years, and Lomosi is currently the assistant controller for Reliable Chevrolet.
