Campbell Ave. Agim Zendeli (pictured), owner of both restaurants, said he opened the diner for his Ziggie's customers who smoke. Due to Springfield's smoking ordinance that went into effect July 7, smoking is not allowed at Ziggie's because it seats more than 50. Ciggie's seats 49, Zendeli said, and employs 12. Ciggie's features breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails, and is open 7-1:30 a.m. Monday through Wednesday and 7-4 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
