Chase Bank
After opening its first Queen City branch in August 2024, Chase Bank added a second location on July 29 at 2237 E. Sunshine St., said spokesperson Amanda Bolton. For its second branch, the company renovated a building at Sunshine Street and Enterprise Avenue that housed a KFC restaurant which shuttered last year. Bolton declined to disclose startup costs. A Greene County recorder filing shows a warranty deed in August between current property owner JPMorgan Chase Bank and 2237 E Sunshine LLC. The building on the site is roughly 2,900 square feet, according to its Greene County assessor listing. The branch is the 40th Chase Bank to open in Missouri, according to bank officials. Jami Tinker is branch manager for the seven-employee Sunshine Street location, which includes Chase Private Client offices and self-service transaction areas, including interior and exterior ATMs. Chase Bank’s other Springfield branch is at 3341 S. Glenstone Ave. in front of Glenstone Marketplace.
