Cozy Creek Trading Company Interior Outfitters opened March 7 at 5997 N. 21st St. in Ozark. Tom and Debi Hartley sell home furnishings, décor and gifts in rustic and lodge styles. The Hartleys employ two full-time and one part-time worker. Debi Hartley said they lease the 3,000-square-foot store from Denny and Jane Hush, owners of Ozark Mountain Granite, for an undisclosed amount. Hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Karen Dorris opened 3-D Personal Consulting Jan. 7 from a home-based office. Dorris said she has a background in education and counseling, including work in Missouri’s public school system and five years as a substance abuse counselor. She works with clients in person, on the phone and via e-mail, helping them meet personal and professional goals. “I’m the accountability factor,” Dorris said. Hours are by appointment.
Ozark-based Family Pharmacy opened its 16th location Dec. 10 at 49 E. Old Mill Road in Fair Grove. Pharmacist Steve Crain, who is a partner in the store with Lynn Morris and Mike Langston, manages two employees at the 2,000-square-foot pharmacy. Crain said that he owns the building and leases it to Family Pharmacy for an undisclosed amount. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday.
