Fish Casual Dining opened Jan. 1 at 900 E. Battlefield in Battlefield Marketplace. Assistant General Manager Ben Hamman said the menu is mostly seafood. James Clary, who co-owns Fish with Crenna Butterbaugh, also owns Gallery Bistro and Clary’s American Grill. Buxton Kubik Interior designed the restaurant’s 7,000-square-foot space. The restaurant has 30 full-time and 50 part-time employees. Hours are 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday.
Long Limousine opened Feb. 14 at 2945 W. Chestnut Expressway, Ste. C. Owner Carl Long said that he has 12 years in the limo industry, with seven of those years in the Springfield area. Long signed a one-year lease with Rich Kramer Construction for 1,500 square feet as an office and storage facility for his 15-foot stretch Hummer that seats 14. He rents the limo by the hour for special occasions. Hours are 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Wilken LLC Realtors relocated Jan. 1 to a 1,600-square-foot freestanding office at 1627 S. Campbell. Owners Aaron and Jennifer Wilken had leased 1,200 square feet at 841 S. Glenstone Ave. for five years and purchased the South Campbell location Nov. 12 for an undisclosed amount. The office has one part-time employee and 20 licensed agents, including the Wilkens. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-5p.m. Monday through Friday.
