The new office comprises three exam rooms, two offices, a laboratory, a sterilization room, a staff break room and a reception area. Small has practiced for 25 years, the last 15 in Springfield. He has two full-time and one part-time staff. Hours are 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
