Springfield Ad Sheet relocated May 1 to 315 Park Central East in The Marx Building. The full-color monthly publication averages 21 pages, with about 30 advertisers and 57 ads ranging in price from $110 to $850. The business, which produces about 60,000 copies a month, was launched Jan. 1 from 150 square feet at 400 South Ave., Ste. 200-D. Owner Corey McBroom, left, with Executive Director Denis Schmidt, signed a five-year lease for an undisclosed amount with building owner Joe Bowman for the 2,000-square-foot space. McBroom spent $75,000 on remodeling. The business employs one part-time and five full-time staff members. Springfield Ad Sheet is free and is distributed at 400 locations in Springfield, McBroom said. Hours are 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Total Bride & More opened March 8 in about 2,000 square feet at 1711 W. Battlefield, Ste. U, in Kansas Plaza. Pat Bills leases the storefront and nine wedding-related vendors sublease space from her. Bills and daughter Vicki Ratcliff own The Chocolate Fountain, are distributors for Ghiradelli Chocolate and create gift baskets; Lori Blake-Pruschen owns Celebrated Occasions, selling invitations, announcements and accessories; Dorothy Norman and Pat Henry own Dogwood Video; Andy and Sonja Ellis own Celebrations by Sonja, a wedding cake bakery; Shannon and Jeff Johnson own Shannon’s Custom Florals; wedding consultant Kryssi Buchanan owns Wedding Details by Kryssi; Karl Jones owns Karl’s Tuxedos & Elite Limousine; Shann Swift owns Swift Shots Photography; Eric and Melissa Summerville own Starlight Music, a DJ service; and caterer Ryan Tiller owns Dining By Design. Hours are 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.

Cake, Party & Go opened March 26 from a home office at 3576 W. FR 182, Battlefield. Mother and daughter Jill Kolling and Krista Hendricks co-own and are the sole employees of the party planning service, which provides services for all types of parties and showers by offering packages that include event planning, handmade invitations, and coordinating, delivering and setting up the decorations and cake. Hours are by appointment.

Architect Densel Kimbrough opened Kimbrough Design Studio April 4 at 4621 W. FR 178, Battlefield, after spending 10 years at Slone Architects. He has one part-time employee and graduated from Kansas State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Kimbrough is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Hours are by appointment.

Cornerstone Appraisal Services LLC opened May 31 at 334 E. Kearney. Co-owners Sean Sutton and Sherie Payne provide real estate appraisals. Sutton was an appraiser for Long Appraisal Co. for one year, and Payne was an appraiser with Long Appraisal Co. for 10 years. Hours are 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
