Noodles Etc. opened for business Jan. 7 at 456 W. McDaniel in Springfield. The restaurant, which is owned by Laurie Dorman, serves California-style pasta and salads, made fresh daily in-house. Noodles Etc. manufactures its own pasta and specializes in fresh, unusual dishes. The business also offers take out and free delivery. Orders may be called in to 831-8110 or faxed to 831-3209. Noodles Etc. is open 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and plans to open for dinner at the end of February.
