Scramblers Breakfast & Lunch Diner is opening a second location at 504 N. West Bypass. Scramblers is a full-service, value-oriented restaurant owned by Bill and Julie Cox. It features a wide variety of omelets and a full breakfast menu, along with sandwiches, soups and salads. Operating hours are 6 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. The first Scramblers, 1131 E. Republic Road, has been open since January 1997.
