Happy Tails Doggie Day Care & Training Center opened Oct. 5 at 1670 S. Enterprise. Shirley Cooper, Shirley Reynolds and Sheila Cosby are the first in the U.S. to offer a state-of-the-art facility designed and built for the enjoyment, safety, comfort, and education of dogs and their owners.
