Center City Juice Bar is now open at 434 S. Jefferson. Owner Jeff Fredrick offers a variety of juices, varying from carrot to beet juices. The bar also sells fruit juices, including frozen "smoothies," and serves coffees. Fredrick also offers a limited lunch menu. The restaurant is open 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and Fredrick said the company plans to extend its hours in the summer. Center City Juice Bar can be reached at 831-1335.
