Chick-Fil-A restaurant's new location in the Battlefield Mall's food court features an updated, fresh look. The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the chicken restaurant Oct. 15. The Atlanta-based chain produced a 17.89 percent increase to generate record system-wide sales of $671.95 billion in 1997.
