Curves for Women, 1349 E. Montclair, a 30-minute fitness and weight-loss center franchise, recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Curves provides an exercise facility and weight-loss counseling in the same location. The Quickfit circuit is a 30-minute workout system of exercise that alternates hydraulic resistance machines with aerobic recovery stations. It offers both a cardiovascular workout and a strength workout at the same time.
