Julie's Chewies Gourmet Sweet Shoppe moved to a new location at 1325 S. Glenstone. The business, which is owned by JoAnn Harrison and LaVerne Cantrell, offers jumbo cookies and desserts, including pies, cakes, turnovers and cobblers. Julie's Chewies and Gourmet Sweet Shop is open for business 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.

Brooklyn Place

Brooklyn Place, owned by Brooke Baird, is open for business at 3250 E. Battlefield, Ste. D. The store offers unique gifts and home decor items, including an exclusive line of mother-daughter clothing by April Cornell and Very Bradley handbags and accessories. Brooklyn Place also has Village candles and a baby section. The store's hours of operation are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

La Belle Day Spa

La Belle Day Spa, owned by Hunni and Dan Park, is open in the Battlefield Mall, 2825 S. Glenstone. La Belle Day Spa is a full-service salon offering a full array of spa and body treatments. Hair styling services, make-up applications and manicures are also available. The spa is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. seven days a week.

The Station Cafe & Pub

The Station Cafe & Pub is open, serving lunch and dinner, at 3322 S. Campbell, in the Sheid's Plaza Shopping Center. Owned by Victoria Wyatt, the restaurant offers a variety of menu items including sandwiches, steaks and pasta dishes. The Station features a railway station theme in each of its three rooms, and is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

Digital Media Dynamics

Digital Media Dynamics, owned by Greg McKinney, moved to a new location in the Vandivort Center, 305 E. Walnut. Digital Media Dynamics is a video and multimedia production and equipment rental company that provides several services, including producing corporate and training videos, television commercials and videos for the Internet and CD-ROM. The business is open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
