Randy Bacon Photography recently relocated to a new studio at 320 Park Central West. It is owned by Randy and Shannon Bacon. Photographer Randy Bacon has been a professional art photographer for approximately 10 years, and he specializes in distinctive and original art portraiture. Bacon offers both black-and-white and color photography. The studio also includes a gallery where other artists in the community can exhibit their works. The studio is open by appointment.

Culver's Frozen Custard Restaurant

Culver's Frozen Custard Restaurant, owned by Ed and Debbie Strauch, is open for business at 1815 E. Primrose. The restaurant, which has a menu featuring Culver's signature frozen custard, fresh salads and specialty sandwiches, has dine-in seating, takeout service and a drive-through service window. Culver's is open 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.

Gail Noggle Investment Firm LLC is open for business at 1350 E. Kingsley. Gail Noggle, a registered representative with Business Man's Assurance, is president of the company. Kelly Services Inc. opened a new office Dec. 1 at 2950 E. Battlefield. The Springfield office of Kelly Services Inc., formerly located at 1919 E. Battlefield, is managed by Melodie Thomlinson, and there are seven other permanent employees. Kelly Services is open 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the company offers temporary, permanent, temp-to-permanent and direct placement employment.

Austin-Deckard Interiors opened for business in September at 1386 W. Union Chapel in Nixa. The firm is owned by partners Barbara Austin, ASID, and Andrea M. Deckard. Austin-Deckard Interiors is a contract interior design firm that offers interior design and furnishing schedules, as well as space planning for a variety of clients, including those in commercial industry, financial institutions, hospitality projects, health care, and educational and institutional facilities. The firm is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment.
