The 2,800-square-foot Springfield store is the company's second store. The first is located in Branson. Body & Soul Juice & Java offers juice, juice smoothies, espresso drinks, gourmet sandwiches, and a retail section. It also offers entertainment, such as Amateur Night for pianists on Monday nights, swing dance lessons on Tuesday nights starting at 7 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays, they have a pianist. The business is open 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 12-9 p.m. Sunday.|ret||ret||tab|

Bambino's is open for business at 1141 E. Delmar St., the former location of McSalty's. The managing partner is John Sweaney. Bambino's menu offers a variety of pastas, sandwiches, salads and appetizers along with a selection of beer and wine. It also provides delivery and catering services. Gold Minds has relocated and expanded into a 7,000-square-foot building at 4240 S. Fremont, just east of its old location. Gold Minds is a local education resource business offering toys, books, games, puzzles and teacher support materials. Owners Susie and Harry Appleby started the business in 1996 and have expanded twice in response to growth. Gold Minds caters to any individual, institution or organization involved in educating children ages newborn-12. Gold Minds is open for business 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday.|ret||ret||tab|
