Country Road Collection has consolidated four locations into one 23,000-square-foot building at 1929 E. Bennett, formerly Meller's Photo Lab. Owners Joe and Pat Jenkins started the antique furniture and dcor company five years ago. They moved June 10 from their East Grand retail location and two separate warehouses, as well as Patricia's in the Brentwood Center. A new service is the custom upholstery shop with a variety of fabrics. The store features 19th century European and Asian styles acquired from nearly 12 years of living and traveling there, said Joe Jenkins. The couple travels overseas at least twice a year for furnishings. When not hand selecting the items, they work with international brokers, Jenkins said. Country Road Collection is open 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.|ret||ret||tab|

All-American Pool & Spa Center moved to 3121 E. Sunshine for better visibility and parking, said manager Tim Rutherford. The March 1 move also increased overall space. The new location has 1,200 square feet: 1,000 square feet of which is dedicated to the showroom. Rutherford said the business sells and services pools, hot tubs and children's play systems. There are eight employees. It is open 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday.|ret||ret||tab|

As You Like It Catering Inc. is operating under new ownership. Brian Sullivan and Steve Young purchased the full-service catering company June 27. They specialize in corporate events, weddings and reunions. Sullivan, originally from the New England area, and Young, a Springfield-area native, worked together at the Holiday Inn University Plaza Hotel when it opened. An East Coast-themed restaurant, N.Y. Steamers, is open for business at 2926 S. Campbell in the Imperial Plaza. It opened in Springfield April 22, after finding success in Mountain Home, Ark., said founder and co-owner Jim Passmore. This is the restaurant's second location. The menu features hot subs, seasonal soup, cheesecake, cookies and sweet tea. It is open 10:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.|ret||ret||tab|
