David and Tracy Lesue opened Show Me Photography LLC on Aug. 1. The couple specializes in photographing parties and sporting events such as high school football games. The Lesues allow customers to preview pictures on site via a computer monitor before making their purchase. Single photos can cost as little as $5, and David Lesue said they charge around $300 to cover a typical event. He said they have an exclusive contract with Amberg Entertainment to provide photography services for all its parties. “Springfield is so heavily involved in sports and other activities,” David Lesue said, “I wanted to provide something that I wish I had when I was in high school playing sports.” David Lesue graduated in 1992 from Sarcoxie High School where he played baseball and football. The couple operates from their home and didn’t finance the $12,000 in startup costs. They have no set hours. More information can be found at www.showmephoto.net.
