Playtime Pizza opened Oct. 8 at 3101 Gretna Road in Branson. The 55,000-square-foot facility seats about 500 and features a buffet of pizza, salad, baked potatoes and desserts, and two party rooms. Playtime Pizza is owned by David Booth of Branson. Chad Black, assistant marketing director, said the Branson store is a prototype and the company has plans to franchise, starting with a store in Rogers, Ark. The building, which Black said cost roughly $4.5 million, has an indoor go-cart track, a multi-level arcade, a gift shop and 10 retail stores including a T-shirt shop and a NASCAR collectibles shop. Hours are 10:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Playtime Pizza is closed Monday and Tuesday.
Paragon Global opened Aug. 1 at 303 E. Battlefield, Ste. C. Jason Graf, who co-owns the company with Nick Zahner, said that Paragon Global is an umbrella corporation for four other companies within the office – Atlas Property and Realty, Paradigm Consulting Solutions, Graf Financial Services and Midwest Mergers and Acquisitions. The group specializes in residential and commercial real estate and investment advisements, Graf said. “We put together extremely unique investment strategies for seasoned and new investors in the real estate and business market.” In addition to the two owners, the companies employ five. They have a three-year lease for 1,200 square feet at $1,200 per month. Hours are 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment Saturday.
