Koka Sushi Bar & Grill

Jason Wang and Kyle Yu opened Koka Sushi Bar & Grill on May 22 at 1509 W. State Highway J, in Ozark’s 65 Marketplace. Four employees serve a variety of sushi, teriyaki beef and chicken, beer and wine. Wang said they opened the restaurant in Ozark, across from Lambert’s Café, because there wasn’t already a Japanese restaurant in town and because Ozark residents could afford the $15 to $25 dinners. Wang and Yu spent about $80,000 to open the 1,700-sqaure-foot Koka, a subsidiary of Y & C Japanese Inc. Hours are 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Hours are 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment.
