thingisgood.com – the Hansens opened a store March 1 at 2528 S. Campbell, Ste. A, in the Old Town Shopping Center. Wayne Hansen said he generally buys wholesale directly from the manufacturers, allowing him to sell his toys for up to 30 percent below manufacturer’s suggested retail price. Jim Wade moved Atlas Security Inc. on Feb. 22 from 435 S. Kimbrough Ave. to 1309 E. Republic Road, Ste. B. Wade said the move gives his 44-year-old, 43-employee operation 7,000 square feet, nearly double its previous location. Steve Redford moved Missouri Partners Inc. on March 3 to 800 State Highway 248, Bldg. 3, in Branson. Missouri Partners, established in 1993, offers commercial and residential development, excavating and real estate services, mostly in Stone and Taney counties, according to President and CEO Bob Allen. The 120-employee operation was previously based at 180 Mall Road in Hollister, though divisions were spread at different locations. The move – a $1.5 million, 12,000 square-foot project – allows Missouri Partners to consolidate services under one roof.
